Emotional intelligence has been defined as “the ability to skillfully identify, monitor and manage your own and others emotions, needs and preferences”. EI is a combination of attitudes, habits and skills, which can be acquired, developed and enhanced. It’s the skill-set underlying happiness, success, and overall wellbeing.

Emotionally intelligent people tend to manage stress well, have good self awareness and self-control, communicate more effectively, have more confidence, motivation and empathy, perform better and more sustainable, are more enegised, have satisfying relationships, excel in work and goal achievement and tend to lead with more integrity and authenticity.
